Department of Physical Education

After completion of this course. The student will be able to:

Understand the knowledge , basis & importance of Physical Education
Learn the Practical and Theory skills to handle the students of Pre-University and above Pre-University.
To understand the different game skills and scientific basis to develop the students for higher performance in sports.
To learn Class Management skills for Practical and theory Physical Education activities.
To learn scientific basis of movements and how to overcome injuries.
To develop research, aptitude among the students in the field of Physical Education.
To understand scientific basis of higher performance and how to attained it physically psychologically & emotionally.
