FACILITIES

 1.         Library Facilities: The Department has a Library with research journals, text/reference books. Students are allowed to borrow on regular basis                   (Text books as well as Reference books available: 2121)

 2.         Computer Laboratory Facilities: Students are provided with computer facilities for their curricular as well as for their co-curricular studies and                  internet browsing

                         3.        M.Sc. Laboratories and Research Laboratories available all the time

                         4.        Wi-Fi /Net Facilities available all the time

                         5.        Student Counselling Facility:  Students will be assigned to teachers for counselling regarding their  academic and other matters.

 6.       Epsilon club: An association called epsilon club exists in the Department for all round development of the students. Lectures by students, staff                  and special lectures by eminent scientists are arranged under the auspices of this club.

7.        Co-curricular and extra- Curricular Activities: Seminars, tutorials, problem solving sessions, discussion classes, Sports, Debates, Essay                               Competition, Social work etc will be conducted periodically.

                        8.         Mentor facilities available for the M.Sc. as well as Ph.D. students (both for boys and girls)

                        9.         Research Facilities available in the Physics Department for all the students to carry out Research Project

                        10.       Museum of Physics Antique Instruments.
