Paper saving- The department has been using the blank side of the one sided printed papers for rough work. It also uses the used envelops for rough work by cutting them open and using the blank reverse side. Through this we implement “SAVE TREES”.
Leave letter –Since many years the staff of the department are sending copies of Casual Leave letters to the University office for their information, without fail, to maintain transparency.
Reciting Nadagite every morning every day before commencement of class – To give respect to our state anthem Nadagite is recited or played every day before the commencement of the classes in the Department, by the staff & students present.
Sharing among ourselves the cost of Minor repairs – the teaching staff of the department equally share among themselves the minor cost of the repair of water purifier, etc, and also pay the labour charges of minor works, etc.
