Every year ( at least once) the meeting is held as and when the Department needs suggestions from Alumni members regarding the syllabi, placement for students and development of the Department, and the same are circulated to the members and opinion/advice sought. If necessary meetings are held depending on the availability and convenience of the Executive committee members.
