Short term tender notification for printing and supplying prospectus

            Sealed tenders are invited from the printers for printing and supplying multi-coloured 5000 copies containing 120 pages prospectus of the university. The terms and conditions are available on website www.kud.ac.in. Interested parties may collect the tender forms along with terms and conditions from Academic (PG/Ph.D/Crt) Section, Karnatak University, Dharwad by paying  Rs. 500/- + 14% VAT each through Demand Draft. The completed tender form along with the EMD is to be submitted to Registrar, Kanrnatak University, Dharwad-580003. The details of tender is  as under.

1.      Cost of Tender form  is Rs. 500 +14 % VAT

2.      Last date for the submission of completed Tender form is 28.06.2012 up to 2-00pm

3.    The details has to be submitted in the Tender box prescribed at the chamber of the Registrar’s secretariat Karnatak University, Dharwad. 

4.      Tender will be opened on 28.06.2012 by the Registrar at 4-00pm in the Registrar’s chamber.

5.    EMD amount of Rs. 10,000/- should be enclosed in the form of DD drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad.

6.      The bidder whose tender is accepted has to supply the prospectus within  7 days from the date of order.
